Within this package you will return back in time and experience the daily life of aristocracy, noblemen and royal families. Trnava region is rich in historical sites such as castles, manorhouses, parks, that will tell you trough their legends how it isto feel as an aristocratic heir.

1. day: Arrival and transfer to Trnava, capital of Trnava region
2. day: Guided tour of Trnava, winetasting and dinner
The beginnings of the first free royal city on the territory of today’s Slovakia date back to the 13th century. Discover historic streets interspersed with stories and legends, town houses, and city walls that still surround the historic city center like a mighty stone fortress. The Renaissance city tower with unique mechanical clockwork gives splendid views over the city.
In the evening you will enjoy wine with combination of slovak cuisine. Expert winemakers provide authentic experiencewith a trully memorable atmosphere.
3. day: Region Záhorie – castle Holíč, town Skalica and spit cake workshop
If you love Habsburg history, then you’ll find Holíč town the perfect place to indulge your passion. We will come to Holic castle, the summer seat of Habsburgs. Maria Theresa and her husband spent summers here, but did she really enjoy it? You will find out inside the castle. The palace area also has a delightful garden with herb plantation, which can be visited separately. The ideal place to enjoy waterside rest, relaxation, and picnicking. We continue to other royal town Skalica where we will pass through the streets where the aristocracy used to walk and we will taste traditional spit cake and wine.
4. day: Smolenice castle, cave Driny, Hlboča and Molpir tour, honeywine tasting
The Smolenice Castle is romantically nestled in an extensive English park with lush meadows. This original Czech Trade Route guard castle dates to the 14th century. The palace’s current appearance was fashioned by owner Jozef Pálffy in the late 19th century.
Close to Smolenice castle is western Slovakia’s only accessible cave – Driny. It was first explored in 1929. During the cave tour, adults are enchanted by the beautiful stalactites and kids love the numerous low-flying bats.
Molpír is a hill where you will explore ruins of fortification from the prehistoric times. The fortification consisted of three courtyards. Ruins of towers, gates,houses, sacrifice altar and others were found at this archeological site. During your way to Molpir, you will enjoy nature of Hlboča- national natuaral reserve.
We will end the day at honeyfarm. Take a look behind the scenes of mead production. You will see how and where the best mead in the world is made and matured. And also you may try to make your own decorative candle from beeswax.
5. day: Town Galanta, watermill Jelka and goldpanning in Šamorín
Feel immortal and prepare an elixire in the old pharmacy in Galanta´s museum. Also you will find out more about history of town Galanta and its traditional folk culture. Then you continue to the beautiful Esterhazy manor house The late renaissance mansion was bulit by František Esterhazy around the year 1600.
The region Trnava is rich in traditional water mill. Watermill Jelka awaits visitors on the banks of the Little Danube in a picturesque natural environment. An open-air museum focused on the agricultural past of the village is situated next to the mill.
Try the traditional craft of goldpanning, but do not be dissapointed that you will not get rich after this workshop. The Celts were already mining gold from the sands of the Danube, who were making coins out of gold. Their knowledge was further used by the peoples living here.
6. day: Town Piešťany
Visit beautiful small spa town Piešťany with one of the largest spa complex in Europe. The spa town Piešťany is world-famous for its healing geotheraml water and sulfur mud. Walk around the spa island or the center with cafés, restaurants and shops and then enjoy sunset during the river cruise.
7. day: Capital city of Slovakia – Bratislava
Bratislava is the capital city of Slovakia since 1993. It is only one capital city in the world which is situated on the border of three states: Slovakia, Austria and Hungary. Bratislava was a city where the austro-hungarian monarchs from Habsburg house (1563-1830) were crowned (11 kings and 7 king´s wives). Experience the unique atmosphere in small streets with original restaurants and cafés. During your sightseeing you will see symbol of Bratislava – Bratislava castle, cathedral of St. Martin where coronation took place, Michael´s gate, other symbol of Bratislava – unique bridge with restaurant which looked like UFO and others.
8. day: Departure
